Chris Burkard’s photography has long inspired the Lonelyleap team, and we took the opportunity to spend time with him on location in California to produce an independent profile of the man in action. We explored the passions and motivations that feed Burkard’s work, using an audio interview as the bedrock for our portrait.

After seeding the film to a select number of media outlets, it quickly attracted more than 300,000 views to date, a testament to the potential of the earned media space.
