Fiz leads our New York office as Managing Director and is responsible for the daily operations of the company and its next phase of growth across the US. With over a decade of experience across advertising, broadcast and media in New York and London, she brings a vital combination of commercial and brand strategy to build our reputation in our approach to creating cinematic, meaningful work.

Sophie Bell

Managing Director


Sophie joined Lonelyleap in 2011 with experience in feature films, investigative journalism and branded content. Initially working across production and strategy, Sophie became Managing Director in 2017. Her commercial and editorial acumen sees her well-suited to managing the complexities of running an international storytelling business.

Anne Hollowday

Executive Creative Director

As ECD, Anne leads the creative team in our New York office. With an eye for aesthetics as well as strategy, she partners with brands to push the boundaries of storytelling and create compelling, impactful work. An award winning filmmaker by background, she has directed projects all over the world - from global campaigns to short docs and branded content series.
