We’re interested in hearing from candidates with a passion for storytelling and a minimum of 4-5 years’ experience across documentary and/or commercial projects.

Role:
We’re looking for candidates who are passionate about storytelling; people that believe in collaboration with the Lonelyleap team to create great work. Our clients are as vast and varied as our team, so we need someone who is both flexible with their approach and able to edit for broadcast, commercial, corporate, documentary, animation and digital work.

Responsibilities:
● Offloading and transcoding rushes from various cameras and formats
● Craft films of varying length and style
● Take direction and feedback as well as provide creative input and flair
● Delivery of films to detailed technical specifications

Proven experience in:
● Offline and online editing
● Documentary style storytelling
● Codecs and media formats
● Collaborative editing with directors, producers and external clients
● Ability to juggle multiple projects

Skills:
● A solid knowledge and understanding of Adobe Premiere Pro
● Detail orientated approach to editing and project management
● Excellent communicator
● Flexible and organised
● Ability to multi-task and prioritise
● Mac savvy
● Knowledge of Davinci Resolve, After Effects and the rest of the creative suite is desirable but not essential

We are always looking for talented Producers to join our team, either as full-time staff or on a freelance basis.

We’re interested in hearing from people with a minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in documentary and/or commercial production.
  
Role:
We’re looking for candidates who are up for the challenge of managing large projects for major corporate clients. You would need to be able to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team, taking projects from conception through to delivery. You would be expected to manage client relationships, so we are looking for someone who is personable but highly professional in their approach to client management.
You will be responsible for medium to large-scale budgets, so you must demonstrate an awareness of budget management as well as an ability to come in on target. You will also demonstrate an awareness and passion for the documentary format, showing an understanding of what it takes to tell a good story and how to achieve creative aims under sometimes challenging budget or schedule restrictions.
 
Responsibilities:
● Strategic understanding of client and campaign objectives
● Leading pitch proposals and treatments alongside creative team
● Setting up shoots, some of which involve international travel
● Overseeing post-production including managing voiceovers, edits and motion graphics
  
Skills:
● Hard working, with superb organisational skills
● Excellent communicator
● Act calmly under pressure  
● Mac savvy and confident using Excel & Word
● Knowledge of InDesign and budget management/scheduling software (ideally Farmers Wife) is desirable
