Signed by 149 countries in 1951, it is the legal foundation for refugee rights that has saved millions driven from their homes over the last seven decades.

To create the animation we utilised powerful photographic archive provided by UNHCR, motion graphics, typography and parallax elements. The voiceover for the film was provided by Syrian refugee, Maya Ghazal.

It was an honour to bring such an important story to life.
